We provide group education events, targeted at specific sports or groups, to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to optimise your nutritional strategy. It's also a great opportunity to take part alongside like minded people and ask your burning questions.

Izzy and Jen's Menopause bootcamp!
In Shipley on Monday evenings starting 13th April
Three weeks for £150

If you are going through the peri menopause or menopause and want to learn more about nutrition and exercise specifically for this time of life then this course is for you.

 

Izzy will provide evidence based practical advice on topics such as

  • managing your energy levels

  • the importance of exercise and what best to eat before and after so you get the most out of your sessions

  • gut health

  • functional foods and nutritional supplements

 

Jen will then coach you through a fun filled workout so you leave the session feeling energised and ready to make positive changes.

 

Possibly more importantly for some of you this is an opportunity to take some time to focus on you with like minded women in a beautiful venue in Shipley overlooking the canal. Never underestimate the positive impact taking time for yourself can have on your mental health and therefore other aspects of your life.
